The rate structure is based upon a flat fee schedule that, unlike traditional percentage of base pay fee structures, eliminates the potential of a recruiter pushing the wage in order to increase a fee. In addition, the base fee for a facility based management position is far below the 15% to 25% average most recruiters charge.
